Today When I Was searching the web for installing microsoft dot net framework 3.5 sp1 I search just dot net framework and i noticed some results diffrent

the results for dotnet framework 3.5 was in result 4 or 5 I look at the first result and  noticed the dot net framework 4.0 is in there

I first thought that it is just a document or an introduction but after entering I noticed that it is avalble for download
