I know this article may be so lazy for those who are experts in this shuch fields but i am writiong this for those who are the beginer in web area and want to have their sites as fast as possible

1-By HTL web tempaltes:the first is to choos a predesigned HTML static web template and edit it by hand with DW(DreamWeaver) or frontpage or notepad and then uplaod it to your site or edit it onlnie or have a flash based predesigned websites and edit it by Adobe Flash by having the Fla files

2-By installing Content Management Systems(CMS):my main idea to write this article was to tell you to have a CMS installed on your Host because wo will have your server side website that react to the user and also you will have nothing to bother yourelf to edit the files oflie or by editing tools online, instead the CMS itself have the tools to create webpages, make menues,installing extenssion to extend the capability of your site

so what really a content amnagement system is?
a content management system is really a system that is developed by a server side scripting language to handle the data and a Database to sttore the data on there so everything you would see on the page maye be stored on the databse instead of the files
there are so many both free and comersial CMS around
in this post I will discover the free ones and although they are free but they have good commiunities and updates that will fix the bugs soon
and the happy thing to point is that the free ones are also opensource meaning that you would have the chanse to hack the code and edit it and devvelope it by yourself without to wory
