One Week a go I loged into my plesk admin panel to see how much the accounts disk usage(quota) and traffic(bandwidth) is.
I went into the domains sections of the panel and noticed that about the half of the domians quota and traffic were 0.00 MB, 0.00 MB/Month but about the half of the domians were actualy seemed not to be 0 but actualy were incorrect.the account owners quota had also incorrect values.

Using Plesk Reconfigrator-no luck

I launched plesk reconfigrator to correct disk permissions and disk quota.i checked back again after it’s task was finished and no luck, every thing was jsut like before.

What has Damaged Plesk?

I just think why this was ok and showing through values for about 4 months ago that I checked and every thing were fine,what changes have been done to plesk that has made damage to quota recognition of plesk.

Maybe Disabling Daily script task was the cause!

I rememberd that I had disabled the Daily script task because of its resource and cpu usage it consumed every day in specific time.
the script summary is

I jumped to re-enable that so that once again this task would be run every day so that, that may correct the disk quota of every domain and user and also the traffic.

How to enable Daily script task

for enabling it Login to the plesk admin panel

on the left hand side click on settings,

then a page would be apear that is categorized order, go to the general section and find Scheduled Tasks
and click on it


then click on daily script tab to have it enabled and configure its task job to be executed on your desired time every day
